Always been a fan, a major world power nobody ever heard of. I also love the legend that explains how they allegedly became Jewish. They invited scholars from the three major religions and asked them which one was the best. They all made a good case, but then they asked them what religion would you pick if you had to. The Christian certainly didn't want to give the Muslim a boost and said "Jewish." The Muslim said the same thing to placate the infidel Christian, and the Rabbi just shrugged and when "Oy." |
