"My Trashbash Star War-ish Freighter? Name ?" Topic

I've just made a freighter out of some junk and its finally primed and ready to paint!

The problem is, I can't seem to think of a proper name for it ! Any good idea guys?

Some of which I thought of are:
- The Fat Lady [hahaha, was it a bomb]
- Space Tortose
- Drunken Bantha [er..I remembered seeing in some X-Wing Rogue squadron comics there was a Bantha class dropship or something..I dont really what to go too near it…hmmm]

Some specs write up for the freighter :

GTF-2500 [General Transport Freighter]
Crew : 2
Passengers: up to 10
May carry up to 5 tonnes of cargo.
Primary Arnament : Twin linked blasters, Twin link ion cannons [Front]

How About the Yakult Dewback? :)

Meanwhile at the Deathstar, the EMPEROR opens his fridge and screamed:

It's big and boxy. How about "Brick."

It sort of resembles a tick.

Order Ioxdida. "Dido."

Same as mites. "Dolomite."

Class "Acari."

Subclass "Acarina." But this sounds like Ocarina which sort of detracts.

One of the Tick genera is "Argas" (Argus/Argos)

Another is "Otobius" (Bus)

Bus also works as an acronym for "Big Ugly Sucker."

Just some thoughts.

If not for the Yakult cockpit, I'd say it looks more like it should be in the Firefly universe than Star Wars. That is a great use for the dozens of Yakult or Yakult-like bottles my kids throw away each month.

If it's a former miner ship "The Filthy Ore". If it's a freighter "The Ham Hock Express". If it's a former passenger ship "Better Late than Never".

You can never go bad with "Bad Penny" (they always seem to turn up), "Expedited Delivery", or "Shoot the other guy"

I was thinking about what to name it and I think you should go with the WEG style of ship naming, not all their ships, but a bunch of them were done this way. That is to make puns of the name. So here is my suggestion

I am calling it the Bantha Express, given that the freighter is a slow flying bus that is prone to breakdowns/tempers lol…

It does smuggle the occasional contraband like deathsticks (cigarettes) and rotgut [er..isnt this a 40K fluff…lol]

More the amount of space they have to themselves in that hull. That ship is smaller than the Falcon.
