While waiting for the glue to dry on my other project (FWH) I got a decent start in on the French artillery position that will face off against FWH (recreating the scenes from the Last of the Mohicans). Read more here: link Regards, Jay |

This series has been really interesting amd I can see the connections between your models and the film. They really look the part and are inspiring. Once done I suppose there will be a couple of scenarios to play: 1. Small group of stragglers try and get through the lines to the fort. 2. A courier tries to escape while marksmen cover him from the walls and a brave major leads a Highland company in a diversion. Of course the diversion is not in the cinematic release of 'Last of the Mohicans' which is a shame as it is about the only time that the redcoats show what they are capable off apart from being slaughtered by indians. |

Exactly my thoughts
Thanks :-). I'm looking at an artillery duel between the fort and French gun position
The Brits need to get the courier off the table before the French win the seige by completing he engineering trenches (yet to be built). |
