Follow up on food with food for the soul.

New Orleans appears to have a wealth of book stores.

Are there any you would consider a "Not to be missed" for a history buff?

Thanks,

Vince

Sorry, that should be "Used Book stores".

We visited one used bookstore in the what looked like it might have been a warehouse in the French Quarter when we were in New Orleans several years ago. I found the book I bought, but had thrown away the receipt.

So far I have two on the list Dauphine Street Books and Beckham's Bookshop.

I'm alway up for a visit to used book store while on vacation.

Vince

Well I thought i had things worked out to go to New Orleans on Thursday.
So, I woke up this morning in a good mood, then I looked in the mirror and I was lopsided. Significant swelling on the right side of my abdomen. So tests, tests and tests for the next few days.
Bummer, I really wanted to go to Colonial barracks.

vince, your minis came in today. at least good news.
