I wonder if the miniatures in the For King and Country Box are suitable for polish forces(german mercenaries?)at the wars against Sweden, turks and Cossacs?

They are the same base figures as in the whole Warlord range. They are fine for pretty much an army.

Fine for any army on the British island in the 1640ies, you mean?

Imho they offer good value for money, but their units are not the universal soldier of the century. If you want accuracy, you have to find it – there are minis out there. If its the same to you, the plastics will work pretty fine.

@ Puster: What exactly is the problem with the miniatures to use them not only for ECW?

Matheo26 Oct 2012 2:18 p.m. PST

I think Warlord uses them as a basis for both ECW and TYW. If it's more or less correct, then they would pass as a "foreigner" regiments in Polish army.
