Guns are a bit different, but easy enough to convert with a bit of styrene added to the top of them.

1) Security Forces in Caps – GZG Colonial Security packs are exactly what you want. link Paul has some good pics of them over at Mini Metal Mayhem: link

2) Troops in helmets with full face shields – not as easy, just because of the shape of the face shield. But you could get close with the right paint job. Eli's suggestion would be my first thought, followed by GZG Free Cal Tex link or Hammer's Slammers with Visors. link or Critical Mass ARC Recon link

What Mako said. GZG has two packs of security troopers with a mix of pistols, rifles, and shotguns – I must have painted 40 sets of them in the last few years. Latest batch can be seen here:

Old RAFM DP9 guys had ball caps. Just with big closed overcoats.
