How did you make the rain effect on the last picture and what make is the coach?

The coach is Essex, in their Renaissance range. I have made one as supplied and am just making another for my Louis XIV Army with modified driver and passenger,

That's right!
For the rain effect, it's a simple "copy and paste" (I'm not sure for the translation) on the original picture, with paint.net…
After that, I create a "gif"…a little bit long!
