Many years ago, in the late 1990s, I saw a display cabinet full of (presumably very old) miniatures at Blenheim palace. If I recall correctly Churchill wanted them displayed since the were painted so well. Does anyone know where I could find a picture of that cabinet and it's contents? |

Still there, also hidden near the toilets are cases full of 54mm figures; part of the BMSS National Collection. Not very well looked after unfortunately. |

They were there in 1977 when I was there as a young teen tourist. I recall they were Winnie's. |
