Is there a good one stop source for Ironclad or Cottonclad deck plans to build your own models?

depends on what ship you want to model. Some ships of the period were fairly well documented. However, most are not documented at all.

To my knowledge there is not one site that has it all, you just have to Google the ship you want and check images and hope for the best!
