Best wishes to you both. And hopes for health and success in your next venture. I hope you come to an agreeable conclusion in your search for a buyer. I've purchased enough of your products to be able to lay claim as a minority stockholder! (Ha-Ha) Good luck to you both.

The web-site is now closed for business and Robert and I thank you all for the kind words and the orders placed the last few days.

I am excited for the future ahead of us and at the same time feel a little sad at seeing the web-site say: "JR Miniatures is closed".

We will process the orders during the next two weeks as quickly as possible and hopefully by the end of the month we can announce new owners of JR Miniatures.

Thank you all for your support!!!!

Nancy and Robert

I was able to sneak in a last-minute order on Sunday, just hours before JR Miniatures went offline… what to say? THANK YOU, Nancy & Robert: I love your terrain and buildings, and I've always received a top notch customer service. Good luck to you, and looking forward to continue to buy (you shall never have enough terrain!) from the new owners.

Guess there won't be any sections added to my now-too-short river! Sigh…

Sincere best wishes as you move on to new horizons!

Have a long and happy retirement.

Nighthawk, I think "theterrainguy" has some of the JR river stuff in stock. I bought some odds & ends from him earlier in the week when I heard about the closing….

Howling Hank12 Oct 2012 9:23 p.m. PST

Best wishes and thank you for all the wonderful terrain and buildings!

Best wishes to you guys with whatever you do next.

Most people would probably assume that a competitor would rejoice in this type of news, not the case. I firmly believe that more companies there in the industry, the stronger the hobby can be. I hate to see you guys go but I hope someone picks up the flag and runs with it (I've already emailed expressing my interest).

Good luck to you guys and best wishes.

Those bewailing the demise of JR Miniatures should, perhaps, read this:

Nice to know stuff will still be available; although I bought from independant stockists rather than direct.
