Ordered a miniature from Kensei in July, received no answer until I sent them a mail. Their reply was that the miniatures were not going to be available until September, contacted them again on the subject and nothing so far. I wanted to order a figure to check out the quality, but their service has been a major letdown so far. |

My complaint was premature, got the mini in the mail today. |
