I've become quite a fan of the StudioX Game Toy Soldiers, where you command an army of vintage toy soldiers to reenact various battles in World War I to prevent your Toy Box from being taken by the foe. Now, being something of a miniature wargaming fan, the first thing that sprung to mind was making an actual miniatures game based on the computer game. I want to make this simple, so I've devised a set of rules based on One For the Kids, and partly on some simplified Warhammer 40000 principles, like Templates for the Chemical Weapons. However, I'm having difficulty trying to think up of rules for Tanks and Armoured Cars and all that. I'm also having difficulty trying to devise rules that won't just end in the futility of the real-life World War I. Any thoughts?
