Might be add on advanced armour rules from Wargames Illustrated a few years back. Just checked Deliberate fire add on in Wargames Illustrated issue 121 might be them. |

Wargames Illustrated were available on CD. Thread here about obtaining them. TMP link Might be still available. Alternatively link But to my mind Cd's would be better value. |

There is in the Rapid Fire yahoo group in the file section. It is "copy of neu tank rules". It includes more than just the 10 by 10 matrix. A fellow Rapid Fire player had sent it to me and allowed me to post it on the group.
