Impressive !
I find the base a bit too flowery, but who am I to criticize such an excellent work?

@Blue Max: You should have seen it wehn I did the first test fitting of the tuffs. about 2 1/2 times as many flowers! evil grin

Burkhard,
Great looking group!! I love the water effect.

Your timing is a little off as the competition has been extended 1 week. :)

Great work! What will you do with it once the competition is over? I knew a guy who used to make this sort of scenic group or buy them and then break them up for wargames use! Is this sacrilege or pragmatism?

14th Brooklyn27 Sep 2012 8:40 a.m. PST

Thank you guys!

@John: I noticed that today as well, but that is fine. I would rahter be done early than late! wink

@Artilleryman: It will remain the way it is and be used as a gaming piece. I think it will not matter too much that the base is thicker and the minis are positioned higher… after all he is Napoleon and can use a higher vantage point!

Nice attention payed to the flowers, what did you use for them? Great job.

Ashenduke27 Sep 2012 6:03 p.m. PST

Came out great! All the competition pieces I've seen are very impressive.

14th Brooklyn27 Sep 2012 9:34 p.m. PST

Thank you guys.

@Grossman: The flowers are all flower tuffs from Mininatur (Silflor).

Cheers,

Burkhard
