Ouch! I've had some games like that, and some just the opposite, with entirely good luck and rolls! It really makes you cautious going into those areas rumored to have high enemy activity

Good report. I am glad you are not basing an opinion on the set of rules after just one game. Some fights can be one sided while others get very intense and very close. I love the rules and the system. |

Different period, but with similar rules "Muskets & Mohawks", we play games with all players on the same side and no game master. We've had routine games where we chase the French & Indians before us and games where they chased us off the field. You want something different and fog of war? This is the system. |
