By increasing the campaign year to reflect months in place of seasons, trade routes and commercial interaction now become possible. This also opens the door to general mayhem of banditry, cattle raids, and kidnapping.

Next posting will summarize the additions with examples set in the Kingdom of Bavaria, anno 1400 AD.

Can't wait to see the nitty gritty of these rules additions!

By the way, I was taking out some articles from old wargames mags the other day and came across a HRE campaign outline from a 2007 Miniature Wargames. Have you seen it? If it would be useful email me and I'll post it to you. It looks interesting, which is why I kept it, but lacks a map, which you surely have.

Thanks for the tip, but I do not subscribe to any wargames magazines.

My next post will be devoted to a summary of what campaign additions I have compiled to date (nitty gritty). By 10 October, we will have some results to post of a campaign test.
