Following my series on painting Great War British infantry last year, I've been posting a series of work-in-progress reports on my Blog about painting a section of Great War Miniatures' 28mm German Infantry and a battalion command stand.

As I mentioned last time, I really like to see other people's way of painting miniatures – here's mine, although I would certainly not claim to be any sort of expert.

I hope you enjoy the posts. Please don't think that these are in any way a "this is how you must do it guide". There are hundreds of better painters out there and loads of great guides on-line and in print about how to paint terrific miniatures and models. That being said, these methods worked for me in getting some troops on the table.

Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks everyone

Sidney

Wow! Just wow. There may be hundreds of budding Rembrandt's out there but they're going to need a magic brush to compare with your figures and terrain.

Your blog is inspirational as always – thanks for sharing.
