This company was originally mentioned on the Crooked Dice forums and I thought I'd share here. They've produced a set of figures based on the Big Bang Theory cast. atticagames.co.uk/index.htm

Look like the inspiration for the poses for Howard & Raj is this.

From the other side of the spectrum of opinion – those are really awful sculpts. Sheldon's head looks like a balloon, and his hands are way out of scale. In fact on all of them the hands are in a different scale to the arms. More like novelty caricatures than anything else. Don't like. Just my opinion of course. |

I agree with 20thmaine truely truely naff I'd be suprised if any sold – still I guess it takes all sorts |
CPBelt | 23 Sep 2012 11:33 a.m. PST |
Those really are painful to look at. |

Well it's a new start-up miniature company, so I've placed an order. What's the worst that can happen? I'll end up with some civilians for my games. If the figures are better than the paint job above, then they'll get a chuckle when they appear on the table. |
Princeps | 23 Sep 2012 11:53 a.m. PST |
Wow, I think those are pretty horrible, but if you like them that's ok too. |

I prefer the Sheldon from Zombicide.
Not mine, unfortunately. Lifted from here link |

Yeah, that's more like it. |

The neck seems to thick for the head or the head is too small for the neck!!! |
Dropship Horizon | 23 Sep 2012 1:38 p.m. PST |
The male figures are fine. However, the 'Penny' figure simply isn't. Even as a generic civvie/Zombie bait it's limited in that pose. The guys at least are all in poses where you could give them Geek weapons – light sabers, Klingon Bat'letH etc Jess from Hasslefree, whilst not ideal works better as cow tipping, gun toting Penny from Nebraska: link Cheers Mark |

I agree – but at least the figure basically resembles a human. |
Titchmonster | 23 Sep 2012 2:54 p.m. PST |
Penny has more junk in the trunck than shown by the figure.. :) |
John the OFM | 23 Sep 2012 3:33 p.m. PST |
I thought Penny was supposed to be hot. I Googled her, and none of the images show bird legs. |

I did a worse thing – I checked the price list. Call me old fashioned "you're old fashioned" but £4.00 GBP per figure (~$6) should indicate a premier league sculpt, non ? |

Not so good with human anatomy, and expensive. As caricatures they'd be okay. Oddly, I rather like his "ESPchers" – the inhuman build works better on actual inhumans. |
Billy Yank | 23 Sep 2012 5:16 p.m. PST |
So will I get Amy Farah Fowler and Bernadette in next pack? Billy Yank |
CorpCommander | 23 Sep 2012 7:22 p.m. PST |
I like them. They'd made a great alternative set of heroes for "Attack of the Mutants!" |
Gokiburi | 23 Sep 2012 8:22 p.m. PST |
They could work as aliens wearing crappy human disguises. |
Mike at Work 2 | 23 Sep 2012 9:18 p.m. PST |
bad sculpts
for that price they should be better, sorry, just my opinion |

Aside from not being very good sculpts. This crew would go nice up against not-Shaggy and the crew using Genesha Games Kooky Teenage Monster Hunters (spinoff of Fear and Faith). Have them kill each other or get killed in some crazy vampire ridden castle grounds or grave yard. 8) |

It's a nice idea but poorly executed. I'd like to see a Hasslefree take on these. |

"those are really awful sculpts. Sheldon's head looks like a balloon, and his hands are way out of scale. In fact on all of them the hands are in a different scale to the arms." You've obviously never seen the show. They look like that – and so do most wargamers. |
20thmaine | 24 Sep 2012 6:24 p.m. PST |
Fitting the demographic obviously I have seen the show. A mere three posts above we have a photo of Sheldon's head and shoulders. It doesn't look much like a balloon. Seems quite within normal human dimensions. |

I kinda like them, though it just invites making up disclaimers for them: "Any resemblance to living, dead, or fictitious persons is purely bad luck (though they probably deserve it.)" ;-) |

My wife said: "Why does Penny have Jimmy Hill's chin?" |

Wonder if they'd show 'em playing Rock-Paper-Scissors-Lizard-Spock. |

Got my figures in the post and they are better than the picture on the website shows. |

Forgot to post my pictures of the figures when they arrived. link |
