Gentlemen, I've written several articles that lay out my continuing attempts to convert Brent Oman's excellent Theater of War campaign rules so they can be used with Peter Anderson's excellent Hostile Realms rules which have become our local group's ruleset of choice for fantasy and historical battles. Some of the results would also probably work for Field of Battle. link link link Enjoy! Dave |

If I can understand them, they can't be too difficult! :) |

I was actually wondering if those two books would work well together. Thanks! |

One thing I haven't been able to figure out is whether ToW stands alone if one wants to use it with non-Piquet games, or is one Piquet game needed for additional cards? |

ToW can certainly be adapted for use with non Piquet games, but it would take quite a bit of creative work to do do. |

Ditto what Gonsalvo said. Ted |
