Confirmed a change to my order on 4th September. Never got a confirmation of that change. Never got the order. Emailed them last Friday, no reply. Called them today, no answer or call back. Anyone from Tiple Helix on here? Jaz

Hi Jaz, Sorry to hear that you're having problems getting hold of us. We're a bit short staffed at the minute and preparing for an event this weekend as well, so I'm afraid we're just being pulled in many directions at once, and not deliberately avoiding your contact. Right, well I don't mean to be arsey, but why has it taken me shouting on a forum for my problem to be noticed? And if you are so busy, why are you browsing TMP? Two emails, a phone call not answered, answerfone message not responded to and an order outsanding in your system for nearly four weeks- I should not need to be doing this. Order is 8244 and I would like a response today to team@6sided.net please. Jaz

Guys – I couldn't give a stuff it you think it's "not nice" TBH. "Steve wasn't browsing TMP, he replied to your post immediately after I spotted it and brought it to his attention." I now have a full response and apology from TH and it has taken this to achieve that. He may have replied to it once it had been brought to his attention by you, or whoever, but the fact remains of no response to any of my queries UNTIL I got arsey and someone brought it to his/their attention. So what is not nice was the level of service and me having to kick up a stink to get some. Jaz

Hi Jaz, As I also said in my email, it didn't take 'this' for you to get a response. I am today working through back emails to respond to and would have come to your email of 15 September and replied today in any event. Your email of 4 September was picked up, and the order changed, and I accept there has been a delay whilst we await a resupply from our distributor. Some elements of this are beyond our control, but for those elements that we can control, but have not acted quickly enough in respect of, I have apologised.
