I've had a big bag of Japanese Tumbling Dice aircraft hanging around the lead pile for far too long. As we have a game of Bag the Hun planned for this Tuesday I've taken the opportunity this weekend to get some paint splashed on them.

As usual, many more images on the Scrivsland blog: link

Beautiful, I have lots of these planes myself. Yours are very well painted.

Wow they look great.

Nice. My Japanese are still all natural metal. Gotta get going on them.

Thanks for all your comments. Hopefully I will have a Bag the Hun report up after Tuesdays game.

Very pretty look forward to the ARR who will they be fighting?

One small quibble, you have painted the Zeros in multiplies of four. The Japanese were the only air force which stuck to vics of three for the duration.

Fatman

Gendas Blades who switched to fours in the last couple of months being the exception.

Very nice indeed! Your paint job is terrific, and you have definitely inspired me to get going on the Jap and US planes I have sitting on the shelf. I am very much looking forward to the aar!

btw, Dom should pay you a commission, your blog reminded me to order some decals and magnets!

That's an impressive air armada!

Thanks for all your comments. I'll likely buy another pack of six so that I can do six lots of three for big games.

The Zeroes had their first game on Monday, supporting a couple of Johns Bettys against my P-38Gs

I've done a write-up on the Scrivsland blog: link
