A boat load of us are packing up and sailing for Recruits. Bigger than ever, the largest Pirate miniatures game in the U.S. is Hauling its Booty to Lee's Summit, Missouri. Join us once again as captains and heroes traverse 700 square feet of playable table space to claim fame and fortune on the Spanish Main. Our prize coffers are burst'n with swag as generous donations from Old Glory 25's will be sending more than a few captains home with their own ship or crew.
If you don't show the pirates will execute one 25mm miniature per hour until all spots are filled. A big thank you to Old Glory link

I'd try to sound like Robert Newton, but even typing it brings a tickle to my throat! |

This is a spectacle that is as fun to watch as it is to play in. Scott and his scallywag crew are top notch. If you are anywhere near KC I recommend coming by to check this out as well as the other amazing games Recruits has to offer. recruits-con.com |

If only
I nominate this game as the absolute best game to have graced the shores of North America. And I challenge anyone to come up with a better one. Visual feast, spectacle on a grand scale – and sounds like the players have a great time. How can you top that? An inspiration to us all.
wish I could make it! Aye, but some scurvy dog forgot to post a link to the actual site for the game and the convention it be appearin' at. There'll be a keel haulin' tonight! (ya know that song well, lads)

Even if you do not get to play in this event, you should check it out and see all the great scenes. This will be held in the Lecture Hall like last Recruits. |

This was a WOW event that is as fun to watch as it is to play in. One of the best things is to listen to everyone's adventures (or misadventures) after the game when awards are being given. My hat goes off to Mr. Christian and his scurvey crew for putting on a Master Piece of a convention game. I can't wait to see what they bring for the spring Recruits convention. |
