I tried to report this post by OSchmidt: "State and government money for wargames? For sponoring private clubs? Here the government only takes money, it doesn't give it away except to people who hate you, or are illegals." for politics, but the report screen is timing out. The offending post and more by the same guy can be found at TMP link |

"Reporting not working" - and hasn't been for quite a while. Several weeks/months? |

The purpose of the [!] button is to lull tattletales and informants into thinking they are "making a difference." It gives them something to do. Boy, you REALLY want to dime him out, don't you? You just earned yourself a stifle. If it were up to me, I would eliminate the [!] button. It's just too darn easy to be an informant. Do some heavy lifting, and email The Editor, instead of taking the easy way out. |

Email Bill. Of course he may or may not read it in a timely fashion, and may or may not act upon it once read. |

Bill will be at the Canes game, so unavailable to take complaints. you have to admire the way he disabled the [!] button, hainna? I bet he gets a lot more work done that way. Like the railroad executive with the "Send this guy the bedbug letter." |

In the danger of getting something I don't want but here it goes. Does it really bother you that much? Or are you that offended? |

I guess he feels that the 'offender' is breaking Bills own rules around poltics and is being nice enough to tell Bill that someone is breaking the rules. Bit like a person reporting a crime only not. |

I can't hardly beleive it. Folks are that wound up over a convention? WOW. And I thought John the OFM and I were fuss bugets. |

Folks are that wound up over a convention? You need the Conventions and Wargame Shows Board for that |

And he's been with us for a whole 32 days! I'm with John on this one – have another stifle. |

Margard, I've looked qiuckly at the board. I've seen a few threads after the last big convention. I still don't get it. If one is that unhappy stay home. Or go do something you like. No wonder Bill doesn't allow 'politics' on this site. The mud slinging about conventions makes up for it. |
