[/URL] I have been working on slush cast cannons and I just finished five of them. They were from eBay. They were in terrible shape, which is how I was able to afford them. They were missing most of the paint, were dented, missing one or both wheels, they were even mis-molded. I cleaned them up, repaired them and repainted them. Around the turn of the century, 1800's to 1900's, the US Army had a 4.7 inch gun. I will probably use them for that gun. They served mostly in the USA as our heavy field artillery. I don't think any were sent to France in WWI.
