Yeah I play it- its a lot of fun and a huge change of pace form games like Call of Duty. Trying to reload a musket when your enemy is charging across the open at you, is quite a tense event! Th eonly downside i would say, is that to get its full impact you need to play a Line Battle, and to do that you need a group of friends or a clan- they are strictly adminned, and each clan gets a regt (usually about 20 men or so) each. They are very stirct on people playing to the period- ie line infnatry not bunny hopping about and firing whenever they like, but moving in formation, firing in volleys etc. Its a really novel gaming experience. |
