Last month I sent in on order for some road sections I had my eye on to take advantage of Foxhole Terrain's generous 20% off and free shipping sale. I received excellent communication from Dan and Janet Fox of Foxhole Terrain, including notes that made me aware of other options, when and how my order was sent, etc. The order arrived in good time (about a week), well-packed, and in excellent condition. I noted a small error in one of the sets, so I contacted the Foxes and received a prompt response telling me that the correct pieces would be sent to me and to keep the ones sent in error. All in all a great product and outstanding service. And as a disclaimer -- I have never met the Foxes and am merely a very satisfied customer. They will receive more of my custom in the future. |

Just want to add my praise to the others. Foxhole terrain is top of the line. The only thing better si the customer service from the great team of owners and workers. |
