Meeting time – FRIDAY NIGHT: 6:00 p.m. at the above-mentioned establishment – just look for the rest of the TMP badge wearing crew and come say hello, enjoy a drink and dinner and then we can talk gaming. Murphy has agreed to adjourn the meeting and escort us to the Red Garter for those who wish to partake in that kind of fare. Others have commitments to run events virtually full time at the convention – so I may meet up with them and make arrangements to bring them a snack or something.
I'm looking forward to meeting with my fellow TMP denizens and sharing wargaming stories, painting tips, miniature talk, planning on attending games to play and anything else we generally do on TMP. See you soon!

Okay for those of you attending…This is a great place downtown. For those of you wanting to wander off and hit bars…Claddagh, Tilted Kilt, The Ram, and some other meat market bars are nearby. For those of you interested in more upscale stuff, Nicky Blairs Cigar Bar is about two blocks North ON the circle.
FRIDAY: If you get a chance…get to the circle and check out the Civil War Museum that is located inside the base of the CW monument. It's pretty nice and it's free.
For those of you wanting to go to "The Red Garter"…No I don't have bail money…No I won't loan you any one dollar bills, and no I won't provide an alibi to your wife.
Red Garter is pretty hit or miss nowadays…There's nicer places but they are a bit of a drive from downtown.
