Yes, we are doing it again. carobbeansea.blogspot.com Should be quite a different game this time around. Still lots of ship to ship action and landing parties. But much more land action as well. If all goes well. For those of you who do such deeds as these, you know how crazy the next couple of weeks are for our little group of stalwart seamen. If you will be at the convention (Pacificon) give us a look, Sunday morning is start time. And if you just love pirates and weren't sure to do that day
well, come aboard if you've the stomach for a broadside! Did I mention prizes?! GREAT PRIZES! (Thank you Old Glory, Blue Moon, and Rebel Minis, and local anonymous donor.) |

Early Morning, I can't get over the size of your layouts and your great use of things like the little baskets used as huts. As a guy who loves to use swap meet broken toys throughout my collection, I love the things you've done. My layout table is 5' x 7' and it is dwarfed by your layouts. Really great! Really captures the best of what 15s make possible. Richard |

And if it weren't for your recent excursion to a wee convention back east, I'd be twisting your arm to come up and join us. Unless, of course

Coolness!! If you ever use 25mms, I have one of the old Merrimack (Old Glory) 25mm scale 40-gun Frigate all painted up with crew, and I live within driving distance of the Game Kastle hobby store. |

SB, sorry, but I don't use any 25s. However, there are others involved in our group who do. Perhaps you can hook up with one of them. And for everyone else, hopefully with a few days there will be new photos of the new terrain I am working on up on the blog. And the scenario is going to be fun. |

Okay, there is a new map up on the site (hopefully it is there and visible) and some new photographs of new terrain in process for the game. The big island will be 4' wide and 19' long. Really. EMW see link above |

"X" literally does mark the spot. Presumably, that means it is French treasure? Hope you get a great turnout for the game, and have a good time! |

Well, the map didn't 'post' and no time to fix that – will have copies for the players. Did get the new terrain done and is now posted up on the blog. Should be a fun scenario, completely different from last time. 4' x 19' island on one of our two 6' x 24' tables – plus a much smaller third table this go. Can easily accommodate 32 players, could even push to 48, but with just 24 it will be a blast – heck, it will just be a blast. |

I seem to recall from the last time, that the issue was the file was too large to be accepted by the blog. Have fun! Wish I could be there! |
