I undercoated the last 100 of my zombies yesterday in prep for some speed painting in the near future.

As these progress, I was wondering.. who make 28mm civis..

I want some civis to act as distractions/lures/game hooks/ etc for my "survivors".. but strugglign to think of who does 28mm.. civis..

They would also be handy for some modern games too.

Offensive Miniatures makes a nice line of rioters and riot police that you may find useful.

I picked up the three packs of Superfigs from Old Glory. Great variety of figures, male / female, old / young.

Highly recommended for what you are looking for.

I'll also vouch for the Superfig civvies from Old Glory.

Hey, Black Cat, where do you hide the multipacks? your website is not working for me (if you're gonna tease me to look in the multipacks, put a darned LINK to them or something…)

These will be good for civilians. I'm repainting a few right now…

Ground zero games have some, though they are on the smallish side

recreationalconflict.com sells my modern figure if you don't mind the self promotion.

Edit:
Look under Tomerica Games

There are also these markers from Fenris games

available in smaller packs aswell

@Sergeant Paper: All the mixed packs that are available are in the same section? Having had a look there was one that was not visable for some reason and I have corrected that but not all of them come in multipacks.

Mega Miniatures has some.

Also, consider Heroclix for alot of cheap civie types.

Amalric12 Aug 2012 2:08 p.m. PST

I use Clix civies for my ATZ games.

They're nice, cheap, prepainted, and fall off the table proof.

Mostly they let me spend my rare painting time on survivors and tereign.
