In 1880, gunfighters Paris Fallon, Tell Starr, and Doc Holliday met in a small Texas town to alter history. Dying of tuberculosis, Doc Holliday found one last love of his life with Frannie Masterson while she fell in love with his best friend. The men face outlaws, killers, and various trouble makers but their biggest adversary is the clan of vampyres (vampires) who have made the town its personal feeding ground. Based on historical research, many famous and infamous personalities are woven through the story of the how the vampyres almost won the west. Gunslingers Johnny Ringo and Doc Holliday are portrayed as they really were as are Paris Fallon, gunslinger, Tell Starr, former Texas Ranger, the Masterson family, and Earp brothers as they converged on the town of Tombstone, Arizona for the famed gunfight at the OK Corral. This is the story of the unbridled wild west with a side dish of blood lust: plenty of action and posses, bigger-than-life personalities, fact, and the beginning of a series about how six shooters and fangs shaped the past.
