We have a difference of opinion re activation.

When a player loses his activation without having activated all his soldiers does he have to continue where he left off – ie activate those soldiers that failed to activate before?

Or is the player able to activate a soldier he activated previously and ignore one that failed?

cheers

We've always played that you can start over again, anywhere you like.

I can only speak definitively about SBH, but as far as I know, none of the SBH-based games require you to start your turn activating figures that didn't activate the turn before.

I'm fairly sure it's always your choice to attempt to activate whatever figure you want. After all, you can always choose not to activate a figure and pass play to your opponent
