Depends if you're a pacific islander :) The Irish Fenian raids on Canada! Oops, I forgot, nobodies covering that
The Chaco War? The Carlist Wars? (Depends if you're from that part of the world) |

Raja Brooke's adventures in Borneo. Until I saw the range in Scheltrum's catalogue I had not heard of it but subsequently looked it up and found an interesting bit of history. Not invested in the forces yet though. x42 |

Carlist Wars. IIRC, though, someone is sculpting figures for the Paraguayan War in the 19th century. |

"Covered in miniatures" is the key. I seem to remember a Chaco War range in 15mm back in the last century. I had heard of that, thanks to S&T magazine. However, I had never heard of the Carlist Wars until the Perrys came out with their range. As far as I know, only Essex in 25mm makes Khitan Liao figures, sot the Great Khitan Liao War qualifies. |

Leon – Don't tease
is it really going to happen? Been talk of this for some time, and I know one chap who has provided some info to Pendraken for this very period! Canadians in shakos? Say it isn't so! |

I guess a good criterion for this discussion is that a War has to have a range of miniatures, preferably just one. THEN, you, being a fairly well weducated in history gamer, have to pretend you never heard of it before the range came out! I used to joke that Hinchliffe's Palmyran range consisted of two cavalry figures and Zenobia. Or was it one cavalry figure, an archer and Zenobia? That's pretty obscure. I can honestly claim that I never heard of Palmyra until that massive range was triumphantly announced. |

It just occurred to me that these figures were possibly based on Phil Barker's Armies and Enemies of Rome book. That measn that Minifigs made them too, but as part of the PB range, and not as a separate "Palmyra" range. |

I was ignorant on the Carlist wars as well. Maori vs Settlers is pretty obscure as well, though I was aware of that prior to the figures |
Leon Pendraken | 01 Aug 2012 8:53 p.m. PST |
It is indeed going to happen Darryl! We've got the first lot of figures in hand, but there's no release timeframe at the moment. Best thing to do is keep an eye on our Forum. |

Freicorps has a fairly complete line of 15mm for the Paraguayan War (I know, I have over 2,000 of them). |

inlgames.com/rotm.htm The Luddite Rebellion of 1812. Doesn't have a dedicated miniature line, but there are minis for the civilians and homeguard British army. Good times. Good times. |
