Was there any difference in the uniforms of british dragoons and horse on the period of the War of Spanish Sucession?

I guess not. However, you might check the free PDF book below. It's the English translation of a regular book originally published in Catalan language under the name of "God save Catalonia!", in a Osprey-like format. It contains comprehensive informations and several full-colour uniform plates: link

Horse eventually wore a front cuirass but under the uniform coat and may have worn a "secret" metal cap under their tricorne.

Charles S Grants "From Pike to Shotte" should help you out if you can find a copy, also two subsequent books he released via Partizan Press entitled "The Armies and Uniforms of Marlboroughs Wars" illustrated by Bob Marrion. PM me with specifics if you wish and I'll see what I can do for you.

Nice share soldadets, many thanks on my part.

Could you guys please explaint he differences in the belts and lace? I'm kinda lost here.

The belts varied as the Horse had no carbine while the Dragoons had a stout shoulder belt to support the musket. Lace edged the cuffs, hats and horse furniture. It varied by regiment in color and by shape or design. The shape/design would be observable in 28mm but not in 15mm. Colors were usually gold (yellow0 or silver (white) but not always. A good reference book like those mentioned is therefore necessary.
