I put on a 54mm AWI Battle of Miiller's Crossing at the DFW Irregulars' Skirmish Game Day at Plano Center on July 28. The game was played on an 8x6 table with 10 units per side. (that's all I've painted so far). Please note Ken Cliffe's miniatures, battlefield and game accessories were used as well. Hat's off to Ken for producing GREAT stuff!

We played our first games of All the King's Men. It was fast, furious, and quite "bloody" (in a toy soldier sense). If you've not played these rules…highly recommended. I won't go back to house rules.

Steve,

Nice looking game. I agree that Ken's rules make for an interesting game. As I get older and my eyes get worse, I appreciate the larger scale.

Nice looking game. I played the rules a couple of years ago at Nashcon and enjoyed them.

54s! Huzzah! My next project is AWI in 54. Where did you get the 54mm flags?

Ken has them for sale at all the kings men web site

Awesome looking game, Steve! I'm glad to hear everyone had fun at the show, and thanks for the support!

Pan Marek, we actually don't sell flags, but I could set you up with free jpegs of some for the troops you have.

The Flag Dude also sells flags ready-made.

Thanks all!

All my flags are Flag Dude flags. I have them made in cloth rather than paper. They're $12.00 USD each but why skimp on the flags when one is painting 54mm miniatures.

I like the 54mm stuff.

You can get a carload of AWI flags at:

They are jpegs, so you can increase them to whatever size you want.

And here's another vote for ATKM and Ken's figures in general; not the least because it's the only game I can beat 45thdiv at.
