So I just placed my first order and was wondering what to expect? How do the flags come? How long does it take to get your order if your in the states? How is the size, is it a true 15mm or a little bigger? I can't wait to see the flags? |

I recently ordered some 25mm flags from them, so I can't comment on how the 15mm ones come packaged. Mine were 2 to a pack, but again, those are 25mm. I was amazed by how quickly I go them (I am also in the US, on the west coast). It took about 1 and 1/2 weeks, and may have been quicker if I hadn't ordered on the weekend. Apparently the Royal Air Mail is quite efficient, at least when there isn't a strike on somewhere in the UK. In short, I was very pleased with GMB and their service. Mark |

Customer service was outstanding. Ordered on Saturday and arrived on Wednesday--not bad from UK to the US! The colors were beautifully rendered and there is subtle shading to simulate folds in the cloth. I ordered 28mm SYW flags and I'd heard they were a lot bigger than other manufacturers, but I found them to be exactly the same size as Vaubanner. These are great flags just like everyone raves about! |

I have ordered the 15mm flags. They scale out very well, and you get six flags per pack. It usually takes around two weeks to receive my order (I'm in the US). |

I ordered some 28mm flags on a weekend. I had them in two weeks. I placed a rather large order. Alway great service and product. Matthew |

Grahame is a great guy and the flags are top notch. I have had nothing but stellar service and a quick response from him over the years. I am always happy to send more business his way. |
