Started work on a 28mm master of a PBR MkII, have a look on my blog if you're interested in the progress so far.

Very nice – I am now following your blog so I can see how the work progresses.

Brilliant! I like the helm detail. I'd love to see something with this detail level for an ASPB or SEAL LSSC (cough cough…hint hint)

LSSC is a distinct possibility ;-]]
Along with a Sampan or three

I'd love to buy one or more of these. Is this a waterline version as its a bit hard to make out?

NigelH24 Jul 2012 2:00 a.m. PST

Its a waterline version, just cruising along. I may do another version at speed.
Model will come complete with a crew, and I am working, once again, with my good mate the very talented Paul Hicks. So we can expect a beautifully sculpted set of figures.
If this initial model works, it could be the start of a new range. I am looking at doing some Helicopters next, the OH6-A Loach and a UH1-D Slick. both will come with a crew.

Please continue and please keep up updated.

I really like the idea of a LSSC and even more on the Sampans (or three). The sampans may well be quicker to market then the helicopers. Cash flow is alway nice.

Did anything ever come of this?

Hello from Chester

like the blog very much. Please let me know if you want anything to come of that PBR – if you ever need more than one that is.
