We had a cracking game today! we ran a couple of German paratroops each at most, and tried to conquer a small corner of Kent. For the full report go to: link

Great premise for a game, and it played out really well. The paucity of troops and weapons, and the possibility of friendly fire, made us super-cautious on scouting and use of cover. I never did find me flammenwerfer, though… I reckon some idiot dropped that in the channel. |

In 1066……… "Near this spot by ancient tradition the men of Kent and Kentish men carrying boughs on their shoulders and swords in their hands met the invader William Duke of Normandy.
