This range seems very good, but there are no images on the Caliver books Website. Anyone willing to recommend them?

Does anyone have any pics of the range, particularly the characters such as the preachers or woman with musket?

How would they scale up to the likes of Eureka and Grumpy?

Cheers.

Nice figures. but I have no phots. Some of the figures are very similar to Donnington, I recommend the General in a mule litter,

Tally Ho!

Size varies within the range some as Nick said are like Donnington others including the Montrose range are a good fit with Essex.

The Donnington size ones might do with Eureka while the Essex size ones would be fine with Grumpy.

You can see the Donnington size ones on Madaxeman's site.

Hi Harry,

see some threads here TMP link and here TMP link and madaxeman's guide here link

Matchlock are my favourites for 15mm ECW but must admit I haven't bought more recent ranges. IIRC a little smaller than Donnington but fit OK with Essex.

The Viking Forge also produces the Matchlock 15mm ECW range under an agreement with Caliver that goes back to the 1990's. Visit our website at vikingforge@datasquire.net and review our photographs of the figures we produce.

We do not produce the entire range, so we recommend that you consider Caliver first before ordering from us. But at least our state of the art photos will allow you to review the figures in detail and show you how beautiful the sculpts are.
