anyone know if a WW 2 era map of Nuenen is avaiable

Depends.

What sort of detail are you wanting? A layout of the streets and major buildings? Something broader?

Maps of Eindhoven include Nuenen since it is close by but there is no street level detail.

This map is currently out of print but according to the website will be republished in 2012

If you are after more detail then maybe there are alternatives like aerial reconnaissance photographs or "going" maps produced locally by the force that was responsible for taking the town, 101 airborne.
