Well, these poll suggestions don't show a lot of love to four-color gaming, so I thought I'd take a shot. Real (well, happened in a published medium) or just your own warped sense of humour, who are the last two superheroes or supervilians (or a superhero and a supervilian) who just never should work together? Now, we're not talking "Superman and Kryptonite Man" (No, really, that's a thing.) – Supes is obviously nixed by KM's presence, but Kal-El's influence on Kryppy (as his homies call him) is no more than, say, Katy Perry (Katy Perry is also a thing). Possibly, less. We want real, down to the core incompatibility. |

What about Firestar (or whatever her name was) and Ice Man. They used to hang out with SpiderMan as his amazing friends all the time. |

In terms of characters from the same publisher, Doctor Light and the Shade would seem like a poor combination. Then again, since the Meltzer rewrite of him into a rapist, Doctor Light is poor company with anyone. Better yet, the Specter and Hitman. |
