Well, these poll suggestions don't show a lot of love to four-color gaming, so I thought I'd take a shot.

Real (well, happened in a published medium) or just your own warped sense of humour, who are the last two superheroes or supervilians (or a superhero and a supervilian) who just never should work together?

Now, we're not talking "Superman and Kryptonite Man" (No, really, that's a thing.) – Supes is obviously nixed by KM's presence, but Kal-El's influence on Kryppy (as his homies call him) is no more than, say, Katy Perry (Katy Perry is also a thing). Possibly, less. We want real, down to the core incompatibility.

What about Firestar (or whatever her name was) and Ice Man. They used to hang out with SpiderMan as his amazing friends all the time.

zippyfusenet.

Strangely enough, there is a children's movie from a few years ago called "The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl".

I always wondered about Mr. Freeze and Poison Ivy in the Batman & Robin movie … I mean, a guy who is trying to exterminate all life for revenge and a woman who wants to make the whole planet a single living thing? [Uma Thurman] Wait … what was I saying?

Nixon's USA & Mao's China. A marriage of convenience if ever there was one. It always seemed forced to me.

In terms of characters from the same publisher, Doctor Light and the Shade would seem like a poor combination. Then again, since the Meltzer rewrite of him into a rapist, Doctor Light is poor company with anyone.

Better yet, the Specter and Hitman.
