Unless you're bound by a NDA, would you be willing to discuss your forthcoming book, An Illustrated Encyclopedia of the Uniforms of the Roman World: A detailed study of the armies of Rome and their enemies, including the Etruscans,
Gauls, Huns, Sassaids, Persians and Turks? 1. IIRC, the other series titles had multiple contributors and if the same in this instance, who are they? 2. Two hundred and fifty-six pages isn't sufficient to cover in depth over 2 millenia of Roman military history, so not expecting the title to be more than an introduction, but what does it cover and how much coverage is given to the topics. 3. Could you provide a rough table of contents? |

This sounds a great book. Look forward to hearing more about it. Cheers James |

I too am curious by this publication, not the least in that, the Ancients didn't have "uniforms" per se like the 18th and Napoleonic periods of warfare so, this would be most interesting
