Does anyone know if this kit can be used for the PSC 251/C as well? I've emailed PSC but got no reply.
Thanks

Apparantly not. On the meeplesand miniatures podcast (no 90) 'mr plastic soldier' (can't remenber his name) said that this set was for the 251/D but a set for the 251/C will be produced next year.

However the /2 and /10 parts should fit both 251s.

The /9 and /16 parts look like they are designed to fit the internal shape of the 251/D only.

Check out the instruction sheet at the PSC web site to see what I mean.

I will be ordering a set this week,when I get it I will check the bits against both 251 kits in my stash..

@bretwalda – sorry no reply yet, i was going to test the parts on a C then give you a definitive answer. You might be able to use some parts but we are still planning a proper C conversion kit anyway

Thanks for the replies.

Mr Catman2, an Sdkfz 250 (along with variants) and a Kfz 70 would be most welcome!

Also, any plans for a 251/7 engineer variant?

Anyway, all power to your elbow as I love the models you are producing!!

@Will,

In relation to the PSC 1/72 version of the 251/10 Ausf D, we had some discussion here on TMP whether this should have a full height PaK shield. I have seen this raised on several modelling forums now.

From the sprues on the PSC site it appears that the 15mm conversion kit also has this.

Just wondered if you could shed any additional light on this question…?

Hmmm a conversion kit for the 251/17D or the Drilling with triple AAMG would get me to buy a whole range of 251D'ds even though I have just bought 22 251C's………..just sayin :)
