For those interested in 6mm and smaller gaming I have started a new blog imaginatively entitled godsownscale.blogspot.co.uk Just an introduction there so far. This will not only blog my progress with 6mm projects but also be a sounding board for my views on the hobby and also be an upto date resource for 6mm and smaller gamers. If you're not into Gods Own Scale, please feel free to troll me if it makes you feel better! Sean |

Rapier You may notice a link to your site! In fact I have put up links to all 6mm makers I am aware of other than perhaps Mainforce and GHQ. This wont be specifically a Baccus Love In and as ACW is one of first projects I do intend to purchase some of your fine models in the very near future. |

I do have two problems with what I think of as microscale. It's getting too small for my poor old eyes to see. I just can't make myself collect and paint infantry figures that small. I used to game WW2 in that scale and used counters for grunts. At the same time I've seen some really impressive stuff out there for this scale. And some magnificent results. So yall have a good time and all the best. I'll just keep looking at the pretty pictures. |

I have recently bought 6mm ancients and renaissance and have been painting them up, Sassanids,Late Roman,Early Aechamenids, Poles and Ottomans. It feels like the early enthusiasm is back. This follows the sale of some 6mm Napoleonics and ECW some years ago. The scale is good for any wargame. I saw a skirmish game (perhaps on TMP) with epic 40K. It was well done. Good topic! |
