If you are more interested in the 1856-57 Anglo-Persian War, there's a good little book called "John Company's Last War", by Barbara English, published in 1971, a good read which as I recall covers the entire campaign.

Irregular Miniatures makes an entire line of 15mm figures for this period (Persian and British). I've ordered several of them and they are beautiful (I supplied several of the illustrations on which the figures are based).

I sell photocopies of back issues of Savage & Soldier. Vol. 25, #2, has an article by Donald Featherstone on this war.

If you are interested in buying a copy, please contact me directly at Burker1 at aol.com.

I can email you some color illustrations of Persian troops from this period at no extra charge.
