To the left, we can all see the number of "hits" that a page gets on TMP. A question. Does it register one more hit every time *I* visit that page, or does it recognize me from a previous visit and not count me?
If I were bored enough, could I hit "refresh" a hundred times and boost its hit count a hundred times?
Not that I am THAT bored. Yet.  |

You know, I can set my browser to reload a page once every second. And it does increase the count. Not that I ever would, of course. Unless I had written something really interesting, or needed an ego boost. Seriously, I hadn't noticed we had page hit counts till now. |
