I went today. Some flooding on A352 but managed to make it through and back. The water was deep but not enough to come over the sills of the car and the flooded areas were only a few yeards in length. Haven't been for a few years and the drop in number of visitors was marked. Plenty of trade stands. The show is in the new part of the museum, which I hadn't seen before. Didn't seem to be so many demo games this time around. |

I did :) It was horrible weather yesterday and alot of the campers had a very wet night! I'm down running 15mm Sifi in the gise of Hammers Slammers and Gruntz :) Pictures to follow :) Luckly I live only 15 miles away a drive up each day :) Cheers Matt |

Yes, but halfway through setting up our FPW we had to rush back home to sort out floods, drowning chickens etc! Never mind made it back, plenty of flooding but nothing a bit of normal driving skills would get through! Tally Ho! |

Our caravan park closed and with no toilet facilities we had to cut the holiday short and go home. Don't know when, or if, I'll be in the area again! Not happy! :( |

good to see some stalwart gamers and gaming groups there, but general impression was fairly low key and lacklustre, sad really as it used to be a highlight in the calendar. I dont think it was all to do with the weather, hope it picked up for everyone today, and well done to those who gave their time to support it. |

Yes I made it Friday afternoon set a tent and gazzebo up in the wet along came some more members form Penarth and pitched up was a little wet on the campsite but a good weekend lost my gazzebo as did several others i think one group lost theire tent completely but was a good show as always, just got to clean and dry the tent etc now. Door numbers were actually up on last year. We had a good mix of traders, and a nice selection of games. There is nothing we can do about the weather … Thank you to all those who attended :) |
