I have started a Kickstarter campaign to bring back the Solowargaming Show Podcast. It is not a very large campaign as all I am looking to fund is five more episodes and the funds will primarily cover a new hosting platform, new software, upgrades to the laptop I use and the costs of any products I review. link There are some stretch goals if this is more successful than I expect but I will update the site if I near those. Thanks. |

What funding do you need for a podcast? Just record your ramblings and you're all set. Based on the audio quality of the podcasts I listen to, the audience doesn't much seem to care. |

You might try contacting the various manufacturers to see if they would be willing to provide you with some free samples. Granted, it's nice to be completely independent, if possible, but may cost quite a bit, depending upon what you plan to review, and how often. |

What funding do you need for a podcast? Often time hosting fees. If the podcast gets a lot of downloads, then there is usually a fee associated with it unless you want the followers to see the "This site has exceeded the bandwidth for the day. Please try back later." message. |
