Yes, some of the shields are done with LBM Studios shield transfers.

Yes, I tidy up the edges of the transfers and, in some cases, paint over parts/all of the transfer depending on how I want it to look – mainly so it fits in with my hand painted shields and to enhance some of the colours to give greater definition.
Hope that makes sense!
