Yes. Simple to follow. You even make it a little more complex. |

Does it still use the SoB core mechanics? How well are playing with miniatures supported? |

I've read it and look forward to playing some time. It is written to use miniatures. Here is a review that describes the game very well. If you are already familiar with SBH, you can skip that section: link |

MKultra99, actually I recommend using miniatures from character creation. That is, to create a character, pick up a miniature you like and think, hmm, what skills should this guy/girl have. |

Just a quick update to tell you that two extra TBH books are planned for the moment. Heroes of the Tales is a collection of new special rules mainly for combat types and advanced (high point total) characters. This should be available end of November. Additionally, we have a second volume of Tales of Beasts and Perils focusing on dungeon delves out in early 2013. Adventure modules (16 pages) and worldbook/campaign setting (48 pages) will come in 2013. Meanwhile, we also published issue one of Talespinner,, which is a trade-sized magazine all about our RPG lines. Issue one has a few adventures, a couple of new monsters, swimming rules and a short essay on building martial arts characters. You can buy the pdf here: link or the paperback here on Amazon: link |
