The content in Aurora is all submitted work, and the problem is that the number of people submitting articles and pieces of fiction has been decreasing over the past few years. I've been contributing since the first volume, and I wish it would inspire more people to do so.

I think what Grimmnar is asking is why there are holes in the issue numbers. If the issues are numbered according to when in a calendar year they are released, then the numbers won't be contiguous, but there is no indication that this is the case. The conclusion is that two issues have gone missing.

Given what happened with the lack of submissions, the editor took the decision of turning a bimonthly magazine into a quarterly.
